Ascot Sales Team
I am a professionally qualified Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Registered Builder.
Having spent all my working life in the Building and Real Estate industry in Bundaberg, I have acquired an affinity with the local Real Estate Market.
My local knowledge, extensive experience and reputation for personal service is here to benefit you in all Real Estate matters.
Having commenced my Real Estate career in 1992 in Bargara, I have seen many changes in the industry. I have always been involved with property and the development sector having been in surveying here in Bundaberg prior to Real Estate.
This continued involvement with property has given me extensive experience in all aspects of Real Estate, from development to marketing. I enjoy helping both buyers and sellers in all their real estate needs and I look forward to being of service to you in the future.
Stacey fills the role of receptionist/secretary in the sales division. Stacey assists our sales professionals with advertising, & contract requirements.
Prior to joining Ascot, Stacey had worked in various administration roles for 3+ years.
Ascot Property Management Team
Kate has been a property manager with Ascot Real Estate since 2001 and has seen substantial changes in the way the industry has developed.
In this time Kate has built solid relationships with her landlords and tenants.
She prides herself on giving all her clients the best possible service, understanding the need to give the investor the best possible return on their investment.
Robyn Morgan has been with Ascot Real Estate, since January 2015. She currently manages a portfolio and has fitted into her new position very nicely.
Robyn has been in the real estate industry for 3 years, and has acquired a lot of experience over this time.
She looks forward to working with her landlords and tenants alike, and provides a very thorough service.
With many numbers of years in the legal, health & not-for-profit industries, as well as most recently, 4 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Dianne has smoothly transitioned into portfolio management.
Dianne joined the Ascot Team in August 2016 and has quickly settled into her new role. She enjoys striving to ensure solid and successful tenancies are secured for both tenants and landlords.
Elisha has recently joined us as a property manager. She comes to us with a good understanding of the property industry, having been one of our landlords since 2006.
Elisha has a genuine interest in the real estate industry and she strives to provide exceptional customer service to be both tenants and landlords.
Zoe has been with Ascot Real Estate since January 2015. She started as an administration assistant, and quickly obtained her real license and became our assistant property manager.
Zoe has a genuine interest in the real estate industry and she strives to provide exceptional customer service.
She has extensive business administration and customer service experience and also holds a Bachelor of Business.
Lauren joined Ascot Real Estate in 2009 as receptionist/secretary in the sales division. Her various duties included assisting sales professionals, advertising and drawing up contracts. While in this position she completed the property management course and is now fully licensed.
Lauren transferred to the rental department in 2012. Her current position is an administration officer but assists the property managers and looks after their portfolio when they are absent. Additionally she looks after letting and advertising.
