Once approved for a property you are required to pay bond equal to four weeks rent, within 24 hours.
You will need to bring this into the office, in cash, cheque or money order. Alternatively ask us for our bank account details and you can transfer this deposit. If you are making a funds transfer, or using a personal cheque, discuss this with us first, as it will need to be cleared in our account before getting keys to the property. Once received, the property will be secured and it will be withdrawn from the rental market. This deposit is non-refundable.
Before moving in, your property manager will organise a time for you to come in and sign all your paperwork - this is usually done on the day you move in, and takes about 30 minutes. Prior to moving into the property, you will need to pay the remaining money owed. If all money is not received by or on the start date, and all of the paperwork complete, the keys will not be handed out, until this is all done.
If you are getting a bond loan, please ensure you organise this in a timely manner as we cannot give you keys to a property unless this is approved and we have received the appropriate bond form.
Prior to moving in you will be required to pay two weeks rent before you can collect the keys. This will be credited to your rental account commencing from the first day of your tenancy. Payment of this money must be in cleared funds – Cash or bank cheque only. No personal cheques can be accepted. This will total 6 x the weekly rent prior to moving in.
